determination to join our team as a mortgage originator. In this role you'll work with a variety of sources to
generate mortgage leads. M & G Mortgage Services is currently expanding to over 50 states and we are
seeking professionals for our fast-growing company. We are Connecticut's top mortgage broker/lender.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating relationships with new clients,
  realtors, lenders, financial planners, etc.
• Work with sales staff on a continual basis to retain and grow existing business.
• Perform/create additional business development activities to increase sales and leads.
• Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate and mortgage industries.
• Calling leads, selling loans, working inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description:

• Originating loans and managing them to funding.
• Generate loan applications from leads and managing them to funding.
• Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants and creditors to resolve questions regarding
  application information.
• Obtain information by in person, interviews, telephone, email, web application, and referrals.
• Keep up to date on mortgage loan policies as well as regulatory and investor requirements.
• Provide complete applications and required supporting documentation to loan processors.
• Discuss, as needed, loan alternatives, credit criteria, and interest and loan documentation in
  a professional manner to elicit a positive response from consumers.
