I wanted to let all of you know that I just had a closing that M&G helped put together at the last minute. My buyers were turned down for an FHA loan for which they had a strong preapproval letter, less than 2 wks before we were supposed to close. I had talked to Linda Pelletier shortly before this and she told me that M&G is a direct underwriter of FHA loans. So I asked for her help. With the aid of Linda and her husband, Lou, there was a very fast turnaround for the loan and we closed today. They went out of their way to make everything work. This was a cash poor buyer who had to rent a house in FL because he coudn't sell it. So please consider referring your clients for all loans, not just FHA.
